Ticonderoga - Students taking classes at the Ticonderoga campus will be ordering their books through a virtual bookstore with Follett Higher Education Group.  The textbook prices are on the Ticonderoga booklist (above) are estimated as Follett will be applying their own pricing.  More information will be available at a later date.  Ticonderoga bookstore link www.ncccti.bkstr.com. 

Textbooks will be available to purchase starting August 17th at 9:00am.  If you have financial aid or bookstore credit to pay for your textbooks, please make sure everything is in order prior to ordering/picking up your books.

How to Pay

Each store is the location for the purchase of text books for the semester's courses.  Students enrolled in distance learning can have texts shipped to them for a minimal handling fee and shipping charges.  The College Store tries to have a mix of new and used textbooks.  Textbooks are distributed on a first come basis beginning no earlier than two weeks prior to the first day of classes.  Textbooks are available for purchase for the first several weeks of class.  After that point, they are returned to the publishers.

Students can use a textbook reservation form to have their texts reserved for the next semester.  There is no fee for reservations.  We encourage students to use this service to shorten the lines at the beginning of the semester.

Textbook purchases from the College Store are exempted from sales tax.

Textbook returns follow the add-drop period for classes.  Texts are returnable with no fees within that time frame.  The specific dates are in the student registration packets and are distributed and posted in the College Store.  Returns are generally not accepted after that period.

At the end of the fall and spring semester, the College Store will serve as an agent for a national wholesaler and purchase used texts.  The wholesaler sets the prices and quantities to be purchased.  Information for each semester is posted around campus.  Textbooks are generally not repurchased at any other times.

Supplies

The College Store carries school supplies: among many other items are pens, pencils, calculators, spiral bound notebooks, binders, flash cards, index cards, report covers, two pocket portfolios, and staplers.  Special items required for classes such as stethoscopes, blood pressure cuffs, and uniforms for nursing students are also available.

Gift items include stuffed animals, mugs, glassware, clothing, and picture frames.

Students may order software through the college store at an educational discount price.

College Insignia / Logo Merchandise

The College Store stocks a variety of products that are imprinted with college insignia and/or the college name.  Tee shirts, sweat shirts, light jackets, shorts, pants, and hats are in stock.  Notebooks, pens, glassware, mugs and other items are available in a variety of designs.
