Master Facilities Plan (Saranac Lake Campus)

NCCC has initiated a process of developing a Master Facilities Plan for it's Saranac Lake Campus. This Master Facilities Planning Process is projected to take at least two years and will involve the entire campus community. This area of our website will make information available to the campus community and to the public.

Architectural / Planning Firm Hired (Fall 2009 - Fall 2010):

JMZ Architects and Planners are selected

November 11, 2009: Initial Meeting with JMZ

March 10, 2010: Progress Report from JMZ

May 18, 2010 (Board of Trustees): Facilities Master Plan Review and Schematic Design from JMZ

June 30, 2010 (Essex County & Franklin County): Facilities Master Plan Review and Schematic Design from JMZ
