AAS Business Administration Degree Cover Art

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:Contracts and negotiation. Supply and demand. Market share and brand awareness. It takes more than a good idea to run a successful business - they’re well-crafted machines that need specialists in accounting, marketing, human resources and other disciplines to run well. (And if you’re a sole proprietor, you need to have a grasp of all those things.)Hit the ground running with a degree in business, which prepares you to enter careers in local, state and federal government as well as private companies. You can even get hands-on experience through internships at area businesses (such as at the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce). Our students can practice writing business plans for a company they would envision starting themselves in the small business management class.
