2021 North Country Community College Commencement

Class of 2021

North Country Community College hosted a Virtual Commencement Celebration on Saturday, May 15, 2021. In case you missed it, or you want to watch it again, you've come to the right place!
We are sharing all of the content from our Virtual Celebration on this page. It will be here forever! We know it can't replace what should have been an in-person ceremony, but we hope it recognizes and celebrates all you've done to complete your degree or certificate, particularly since the onset of COVID-19.
Congratulations to the Class of 2021!

Since we weren’t able to get together in person to celebrate your accomplishments, we’ve put together a special message to you, from all of us. We hope that the sentiment reaches you across the miles, expressing how we feel about you, the challenges you’ve had to overcome, and the successes you’ve found. Congratulations.

 Commencement Speaker: Mat Fraser

Mat Fraser is an actor, writer, and musician, and passionate about Disability Arts, including his archival Circus Sideshow work, which connected him to one of our faculty members, Professor Stacey Mascia-Susice.

Several years ago, Professor Mascia-Susice hosted Mat on campus, where he presented and met with students. Mat’s personal biography is inspiring and moved students then and now. He has been able to overcome early challenges and go onto have a successful career and life. All of this led us to ask him to be our commence speaker.

Mostly known for his screen acting, including the TV series “His Dark Materials”, and “American Horror Story: Freak Show”, you can currently see him in Amazon’s new comedy “Loudermilk”, playing Roger.

We are honored to have Mat Fraser as our 2021 Commencement Speaker.
