Complete the Residency Application, have it notarized and mail it, along with residency proof, to the Cattaraugus County Treasurer.  We suggest you call them prior to mailing your application to make sure you have the correct residency proof so that it does not delay your application.

When you receive your Certificate of Residency, send it to the Business Office.

 

CERTIFICATE OF RESIDENCY IS DUE 30 DAYS AFTER THE START OF CLASSES AND MUST BE RENEWED ANNUALLY
