Erin Walkow
NCCC Foundation and Development Director
Erin Walkow has been fortunate to call the Adirondacks home for twenty-one years. Upon graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science and Forestry she moved to Lake Placid after accepting a position with the Adirondack Chapter of The Nature Conservancy. For the next nineteen years, Erin was part of the fundraising team and held a variety of roles during her tenure. Most recently she was Director of Development at the Lake Placid Center for the Arts. She is excited to bring her fundraising experience to the NCCC Foundation as she believes college should be accessible and affordable for anyone who wants to advance their education. She finds great joy in connecting with people, learning about their interests, and helping them fulfill their philanthropic vision.
She lives in Saranac Lake, with her husband, Andy, and two daughters, Abby and Julia. They are the quintessential Adirondack family and love to ski, paddle, hike and camp. Erin loves to read, move plants around in her perennial garden and make costumes for the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival.
