Official Withdrawal Period for Fall 2019 Full-semester courses: If a student officially withdraws from a course(s), he/she will receive a “W” grade on his/her transcript.  The “W” will not affect his/her GPA but will impact the student’s SAP.  No withdrawals for full semester courses will be accepted after November 15th without the signature of the Vice President of Academic Affairs.

Official Withdrawal Period for 1st Quarter courses: If a student officially withdraws from a course(s), he/she will receive a “W” grade on his/her transcript.  The “W” will not affect his/her GPA but will impact the student’s SAP.  No withdrawals for 1st Quarter courses will be accepted after October 4th without the signature of the Vice President of Academic Affairs.
