Ti Lecture Series: The Irish and the Civil War

North Country Community College library director Brian O'Connor will present "How the Irish won the Civil War." The presentation is part of the free Summer Lecture series at the college's Ticonderoga campus. All lectures are presented by NCCC faculty and affiliates and are free and open to the public.
