Reservation Policy:  

Deposit due, via credit card, at the time of reservation to equal half of the total stay. Please call (518) 354-5172 or email BClark@NCCC.edu for more information.  

Cancellation: 

Noon, 2 days prior to arrival: full refund of deposit. 

Less than 48 hours prior to arrival: no refund of deposit.  

Check in: 

Between 3pm and 5pm daily.
