Malone is the seat of the Franklin County government as well as NCCC's northern site. The
Tulloch Campus is located on a 10-acre site on the Salmon River in the Village of
Malone, and has three individual buildings. The Tulloch campus boasts a spacious student
activity center, bookstore, snack bar, and indoor veranda within the fully renovated
This three-story building houses general classrooms, computer lab, faculty offices,
Learning Assistance Center and the library. There is a casual seating area for students
to use to relax in between classes. The art classes decorate the stairwell on a regular
basis with art exhibits. The view from the third floor offices looks out over the
Salmon River. Behind this building is a hydro dam that generates electricity.
This building houses the college bookstore, a seating area for students to eat in,
the administrative offices for the campus, and an indoor veranda. There is staff available
from the offices of Student Life, Financial Aid, Business, and Registrar’s Office
to offer student assistance.
Reshetkina Hall Reshetkina Hall is home to general classrooms, the nursing lab classrooms, teleconferencing
classrooms, a computer lab, and more faculty offices.
