Franklin County

Students that reside in Franklin or Essex County NY only need to complete the Franklin/Essex County Residency Verification Form.  You must upload proof of residency showing your name, date (one year prior to the start of classes) and your current address.  PO Boxes are not acceptable.  If you resided in two or multiple addresses within one year, then you must provide documents verifying all addresses equaling one year prior to the start of classes. There will be a tab on the form to upload proof of residency.
