North Country Community College invites the public to a free informational session on how to use your college degree to enhance your income and career mobility. The session will be led by NCCC Humanities Department Chairman Bruce Rowe and will take place April 23 from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. at the Lake Placid Public Library. Refreshments will be provided.
