North Country Community College welcomed New York Secretary of State Walter Mosley at a pair of events at its Ticonderoga and Saranac Lake campuses on Tuesday.

As the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival kicks into high gear this weekend, the college is excited to once again have one of its students among this year's royalty. Owen McRae, a Radiologic Technology student from Syracuse, was selected to represent North Country as this year's Winter Carnival Prince.
