Peer Advocates Ready to Help Fellow Students
Nov. 5, 2021
MALONE -- The college's Human Services Department has spearheaded a new way to provide support to our students.
Through a partnership with Community Connections of Franklin County, the college now has Student Peer Advocates who can provide assistance to fellow students with a range of challenges: mental health, addiction, health care, financial problems, housing, food, health insurance, and more.
These Peer Advocates are current North Country students who have been trained to provide resources and referrals for those in need. For more information check out this flyer.
