Crisis Intervention Microcredential

Are you ready to build real-world skills that can make a difference in moments of crisis?
The college is excited to offer Crisis Intervention (HUS 113Z / HED 113Z) as a fully
online, asynchronous course. This 3-credit class can be taken as a general elective
or health elective and is an excellent fit for students pursuing degrees in Human
Services, Health, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Education, and more.
Course Highlights:

- Explore best practices in suicide prevention, de-escalation, and trauma-informed care
