Freedom of Information Law Request
 In order to make a FOIL request to North Country Community College, you must contact
                           the College's Records Access Officer.
                     
                     You may do so by emailing your formal request to: Stacie Hurwitch at stacie.hurwitch@nccc.edu
                     
                     Clearly state in the subject line of your email that this is a FOIL or FOIA.
                     
                     Your request shall include the following information:
                     
                     - Business or Agency you are representing (if applicable)
 - Contact information (your name, email address, mailing address)
 - Processing fees (will pay up to $ for information gathering)
 - Description (detailed description of what information you are requesting)
 
Please note: Once your request has been received, North Country Community College will contact
                              you within five business days. The College has the right to grant or deny your request.
