Women's Voices Art Exhibit runs through April 11

MALONE -- The college's Malone campus will host an art exhibit celebrating women artists.

Women's Voices, part of the Downtown Artist Cellar's Thrive Project and its month-long celebration of SWAN (Supporting Women's Artists Now), runs from Friday, March 14 to Friday, April 11 in the Mills Mezzanine. An opening reception will be held March 14 from 5 to 7 pm.

Women’s Voices welcomes all living women artists—emerging and professional—including NCCC students, faculty, staff, and community members. The exhibit is open to all 2-D Mediums and is sponsored by North Country Public Radio.

The Thrive Project, the non-profit arm of the Downtown Artist Cellar, drives the advancement of the arts and arts education. The Thrive Project is dedicated to sparking curiosity, nurturing artistic talents and instilling a commitment to creativity through workshops, events and collaborations.  With support, it will evolve into a unique creative presence in our community.
