Important Deadlines and Dates

To be considered for federal student aid for the 2020-2021 award year, you may complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) between October 1, 2020 and midnight Central Time, June 30, 2021. Any corrections or updates must be submitted by midnight Central Time, September 12, 2021.

Deadline to submit required documentation:
2020-2021 Academic Year – Regulation is 120 days after the last day of the student's enrollment, whichever is earlier. No refunds or book deferments will be processed.

Add/Drop Period
If a student drops a course before or during this period, there is no record on the transcript and your financial aid may change.

August 31, 2020 – September 4, 2020

2nd Quarter Courses

January 25, 2021 – January 29, 2021

Fall 2020 - Official Withdrawal Period Full-semester courses
If a student officially withdraws from a course(s), he/she will receive a “W” grade on his/her transcript.  The “W” will not affect his/her GPA but will impact the student’s SAP.  No withdrawals for full semester courses will be accepted after November 15th without the signature of the Vice President of Academic Affairs

Quarter Course Withdrawals & Dates
If a student officially withdraws from a course(s), he/she will receive a “W” grade on his/her transcript.  The “W” will not affect his/her GPA but will impact the student’s SAP.
