The SUNY Reconnect program covers the cost of tuition, fees,
books, and supplies after all other financial aid is applied. It
does not cover housing.
NYS Residency Rule:
New York State Education Law requires all students to show proof of residence upon enrolling in a community college. To be eligible for in-state tuition, you must complete the Residency Requirement. Click the Residency Requirement link below for instructions. The out of state tuition is $114.00 more per credit, which will be applied to a student’s account if they neglect to follow through on the residency requirement by the deadline date. (30 days after the start of classes) Please Note: Scholarships will not cover the out of state tuition for residents of New York State.
